April 11, 2011	Filing 28 RULING AND ORDER re 25 Status Conference. IT IS ORDERED that GBR's motion for a stay of this entire lawsuit pending the resolution of Nakneks bankruptcy proceeding is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that GBR provide its inserts to the Rule 26(f ) report within 10 days and that all deadlines contained in the Court's 16 scheduling order remain in effect. Any appeal to the District Judge must be filed within 14 days from the date of this order. If an appeal is taken to the District Judge, the Order shall remain stayed until the appeal is decided.
