WRITTEN REASONS FOR RULING: Based on the foregoing, the removing defendants have not carried their burden of establishing that federal diversity jurisdiction exists in this case and that removal was proper. Accordingly, the plaintiffs Motion to Rema nd will be GRANTED, subject to the stay set forth in the accompanying order, and this lawsuit will be remanded to state court.
