ORDER OF DISMISSAL: This court having received notice that the parties to these actions have agreed to settle their claims, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above actions shall be and are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. No later than 60 days of the date hereof, the parties shall file one of the following: a motion for entry of judgment; a motion to reopen these matters and reinstate all claims for failure to finalize the settlement agreement; or motion to enforce the settlement agreement. If the parties do not file one of the above the Order of Dismissal shall become a Final Judgment of Dismissal with prejudice. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED counsel shall provide this Court, no later than 10 days of the date hereof, written confirmation of the settlement, signed by all counsel for all parties to the settlement.
