MEMORANDUM RULING re 7 MOTION to Remand MOTION for Attorney Fees filed by Alterrance Charles. On review and analysis of the record, the applicable law and the submissions of the parties, the motion will be granted. Although the plaint iff prevails on his motion to remand, the undersigned finds that the removing defendants had an objectively reasonable basis for removal.
