April 24, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 30 ORDER IT IS ORDERED that the telephone status and scheduling conference currently set for April 28, 2020 be hereby cancelled. The Court will issue a separate scheduling order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Ruffin B. Cordell be and hereby is appointed as the technical advisor to the Court in this case. Mr. Cordells contact information is: Ruffin B. Cordell, Fish & Richardson, 1000 Maine Avenue SW, Washington, DC 20024, 202-783-5070. Because the technical advisor serves essentially as a law clerk of the Court and will be familiar with the technical and legal issues in this case, the Court may request that the technical advisor assist the Court in drafting appropriate orders. Mr. Cordell shall keep track of his time and submit a statement to the Court showing any hours expended. Plaintiffs are directed to pay one-half of Mr. Cordells compensation, and Defendants are directed to pay the other one-half. Mr. Cordell will be compensated at the rate of $400 per hour.
