TEXT-ONLY ORDER: In an effort to resolve Plaintiffs' pending motion for possession (ECF No. #4 ), the parties have agreed to the following: within 10 days of entry of this order, Defendant will (1) allow Plaintiffs to inspect the equipment at issue, (2) will provide proof of insurance and financial statements from September 2022 to the present and (3) will furnish, if it exists, documentation to substantiate any party's superior lien to the equipment. The parties will work out the terms of a protective order to cover any photographs of the equipment that reveal confidential or proprietary information. The Court will conduct a telephonic status conference on May 1, 2023 at 10 am EST to discuss the results of the inspection. If a hearing is still needed to resolve the motion for possession, it will be held, in-person, on June 12, 2023 at 10 a.m EST. The parties may file, by June 5, 2023, supplemental briefs of no more than five pages. The stipulated temporary restraining order (ECF No. #24 ) will remain in effect through June 12, 2023, or until this Court orders otherwise.
