MINUTE ENTRY AND ORDER: A pre-motion conference was held before Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall on December 6, 2022. Sol Leiner appeared pro se. Jeremy Amar-Dolan appeared on behalf of Dow Inc., The Dow Chemical Company, and Dow Silicones Corporation (Dow Defendants). Jacquieline Berger and Charles S. Schechter appeared on behalf of Orentreich Medical Group, LLP and the Estate of Norman Orentreich ("Orentreich Defendants"). For the reasons stated on the record, Plaintiff's claims against the Dow Defendants are transferred to the Eastern District of Michigan pursuant to the bankruptcy plan (ECF No. 1-3). Plaintiff's claims against the Orentreich Defendants are REMANDED to Supreme Court Queens County on motion of the Plaintiff for mandatory abstention. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to transfer Plaintiff's case, as against Dow Defendants, to the Eastern District of Michigan. Ordered by Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall on 12/6/2022.
