TEXT-ONLY ORDER: Prior to the evidentiary hearing scheduled for January 13, 2023, the Court will conduct an in-person status conference that same morning at 8:30 a.m. with the following participants: counsel for the parties, St. Clair County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Stephen Guilliat, and U.S. Marshal Operations Supervisor Donald Hughes. The conference will take place in the Courtroom of United States District Judge Laurie J. Michelson (Room 212), 231 W. Lafayette Blvd., Detroit, Michigan. Given Mr. Guilliat's willingness to participate and for the reasons stated in her motion (ECF No. #3 ), the Court will GRANT the request of St. Clair County APA Cailin Wilson to be excused from testifying at the January 13, 2023 evidentiary hearing. The Court can then re-evaluate whether Wilson's testimony will be needed at a later time. (Status Conference set for 1/13/2023 at 08:30 AM before District Judge Laurie J.
