Mikhail, Lee Young: the motion to dismiss and the supplemental motion to dismiss of defendants is granted to the extent that plaintiffs' RICO claims are dismissed with prejud ice, that the plaintiffs' state law claims are dismissed without prejudice and denied as to service of process on defendant Richard Scruggs; the motions relating to service of process issues are denied as moot and all other pending motions are dismissed as moot.
