MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting 8 Motion to Dismiss as to the state law claims of defamation, negligence, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional destress, outrage, malicious prosecution, and abuse of process, against the City of Oc ean Springs, Mississippi; Connid Moran, in her official capacity, and Rick Benward, in his official capacity, and those claims are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
