Filing 8 AGREED ORDER DISMISSING CASE: This matter has settled and is dismissed as to all parties, without costs and without prejudice to the right, upon good cause shown, within sixty days, to reopen the action if settlement is not consummated. In addition, the Court specifically retains jurisdiction toenforce the settlement agreement if settlement is not consummated within sixty days. After the sixty-day period, dismissal shall be with prejudice. All pending motions, if any, are DENIED as moot. The Clerk is directed to close the file.
