ORDER granting in part and denying in part Defendant Sonic's113 Motion for Summary Judgment and Defendant Dixon's 117 Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff's claims of gender/sexual discrimination, racial discrimination, equal pa y violations and false imprisonment are dismissed with prejudice; the motions are denied as to the Plaintiff's claims of sexual harassment, both quid pro quo and hostile work environment. Plaintiff's 119 Motion for Summary Judgment is denied. A separate judgment shall be entered pursuant to Rule 58 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
