ORDER denying in part and granting in part Defendants' 10 Motion to Dismiss and Compel Appraisal, or, in the Alternative, Stay Proceedings. The motion is granted to the extent that this matter is stayed for a period of ninety (90) days during which time the parties are ordered and compelled to complete the appraisal process. At the expiration of ninety days, and if the case remains unresolved, it will be returned to the active docket and the parties are directed to contact the Magistrate Judge for the entry of a Case Management Order at that time.
