Filing 45 Memorandum Opinion and Order re 9 16 MOTIONS to Compel Arbitration (Separate) & Stay All Proceedings. Pursuant to the 44 Mandate issued by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals reversing and remanding the prior 32 Order of this Court, this Co urt finds that Defendant Regions Bank's 9 Motion to Compel Arbitration and Defendant USLIC's 16 Motion to Compel Arbitration is granted and this case is submitted to arbitration. In light of same, the Court finds that there is no furth er reason to maintain this case as an open one for statistical purposes. Should further proceedings in this Court become necessary or desirable following arbitration, any party may move to reopen the case. The parties are directed to contact the Court and provide any appropriate Orders of Dismissal within five (5) days of the arbitration decision or any other final disposition of this case.
