Parker granting Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment as to Plaintiff's First Amendment claim and his claims relating to the RVRs and dismissing same with prejudice and, therefore, dismissing Defendants Epps and King. Further, Plaintiff's claims of harassment and denial of a meal against Defendant Sims are dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiff's claims against Defendant Sims for excessive force, however, are not dismissed.
