ORDER granting Defendants' 7 Motion to Dismiss and Compel Arbitration or Transfer Venue. Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration is granted and the parties are ordered to submit the matter to binding arbitration as per the agreement betwe en the parties. This matter is dismissed without prejudice subject to the refiling of a future separate action to enforce any arbitration award. Any pending motions are denied as moot. A separate Judgment will be entered dismissing this case without prejudice as required by Rule 58 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
