Defendants' Motion to Compel Arbitration is granted and the parties are ordered to submit the matter to binding arbitration as per the agreement betwe en the parties. This matter is dismissed without prejudice subject to the refiling of a future separate action to enforce any arbitration award. Any pending motions are denied as moot.
