| Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Robert H Walker: Telephonic Case Management Conference held on 1/25/2022. PARTICIPANTS: Megan S. Thornton (counsel for Plaintiffs); Michael F. Myers (counsel for Defendants State Farm Insurance Company and Stacy Clark). As John Boyd is deceased both counsel agree that an estate must be opened before the case can proceed. In addition, Plaintiff's counsel will be filing an agreed motion to (1) substitute the correct State Farm Company as a defendant, (2) remove Heirs at Law of John Boyd and Latoya Boyd as Plaintiffs and (3) approve an Agreed Order granting Defendant's Motion #5 to Dismiss Stacy Clark as a defendant. Plaintiff's counsel may also be filing a Motion to Amend the Complaint to add the State Farm adjuster as a defendant. Therefore, the Court will not enter a Case Management Order at this time but will notice a telephonic status call for March 8, 2022 at 1:30 PM. (AB) |
