Filing 88 Memorandum Opinion and Order granting re 85 MOTION to Substitute Party. Based on the foregoing, therefore, the court finds that the plaintiff, which is now the Estate of Charles L. West, is entitled to a verdict and an award of actual damages of 036;249,054.13, and noneconomic damages of $500,000, for a total award of $749,054.13.
