Filing 15 ORDER: As discussed in the order, this Court does not have the authority to issue a writ of mandamus to grant the relief requested by Plaintiff. The portion of this complaint filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 which is construed as a petition f or writ of mandamus is denied. This case will be dismissed for failure to state a claim for which relief may be granted, with prejudice. A judgment will be entered in a separate docket entry to follow, and all pending motions are terminated.
