ORDER OF DISMISSAL: For the reasons stated above, Plaintiff Billy Kindrex, Jr.'s § 1983 claims are dismissed with prejudice for failure to state a claim until such time as the municipal sentence is invalidated. Plaintiff's state law claims are dismissed without prejudice. A judgment will be entered in a separate docket entry to follow. Signed by District Judge Daniel P. Jordan III on March 28, 2013.(SP)
