TEXT-ONLY ORDER. This case came before the undersigned for a telephonic case management conference (TCMC) on 2/14/2109. Appearing: Paul Ott and Ford Bailey. After conferring with counsel, the undersigned determined that at this time, a full Case Management Order (CMO) is unnecessary and only deadlines for Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosure and the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment on the insurance coverage issue need to be set. Accordingly, the parties shall fully comply with the initial disclosure requirements of Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(1) and L.U.Civ.R. 16(d) and 26(a) by 2/26/2019, and the parties must file their cross-motions for summary judgment on the coverage issue by 3/18/2019. Counsel are hereby instructed that if the summary judgment motions are resolved in favor of Plaintiff, they must contact the undersigned within seven (7) days of the District Judge's summary judgment order to set a TCMC to discuss the terms of a CMO relating to Plaintiff's claim for extra-contractual damages.
