AGREED JUDGMENT OF DISMISSAL AS TO CERTAIN CLAIMS AND ORDER OF REMAND AS TO REMAINING CLAIMS. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in accordance with the above, Plaintiff's claims against Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company for tortious breach of contract, breach of implied duties, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, bad faith, breach of fiduciary duty, punitive damages, consequential damages or any other extra-contractual damages associated with said claims, are hereby dismissed with prejudice, leaving only Plaintiff's contractual claim for uninsured motorist benefits against Defendant. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's remaining contractual claim for uninsured motorist benefits is hereby remanded to the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi.
