The Court having considered the parties' Joint Motion for Early Settlement Conference #6 finds that the motion should be granted. The parties are ordered to contact the chambers of Magistrate Judge F. Keith Ball at 601-608-4460 to obtain a date for the early settlement conference, which will then be set by a separate docket entry. All parties will be required to attend the conference with counsel. Should the matter not settle at the conference, the Court will convert the conference to a case management conference and set case deadlines, discovery limitations, and address other case management issues as appropriate.
