ORDER granting in part and denying in part #7 Motion to Remand; granting #11 Motion to Sever and partially remand is granted. The plaintiffs claims against Jimesa Goins are severed and remanded to the Circuit Court of Hinds County. Her claims against Standard Fire will proceed here as the amount in controversy requirement is satisfied by the plaintiff seeking the full amount of the uninsured motorist bodily injury coverage, which is $100,000, as well as past, present, and future medical expenses.
