TEXT-ONLY ORDER. This case came before the undersigned for a telephonic case management conference (TCMC) on 5/18/2023. During the conference, the undersigned asked whether any party objected to the motion to intervene #32 filed by the Mississippi Republican Executive Committee, and counsel advised that no party objects to the motion #32 . Having considered the motion and being advised that no party objects to the motion, the undersigned finds that the motion #32 should be and is hereby granted. The Mississippi Republican Executive Committee (MREC) is hereby added as a defendant.
