Rather than require Edwards to file the habeas claims again, the Court directs the Clerk of Court to open a new case on the 28 U.S.C. 2241 habeas claims and to file a copy of the #1 Complaint, #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis, #8 Response to Order to Show Cause, and this Order.
