Filing 1 ORDER SEVERING HABEAS CLAIM. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that, for the reasons stated above, the habeas claim is SEVERED. The Clerk of Court shall open a new 28 U.S.C. 2241 habeas action on the habeas claim, and therein file a copy of the Complaint #1 and application #2 to proceed in forma pauperis, as well as a copy of this Order.
