Memorandum Opinion and Order re 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. The Court finds that the Petitioner does not meet the "in custody" requirement of 2241 and further, the Court does not have jurisdiction over the petitioner's clai ms relating to his pending deportation/removal proceedings.
