Petitioner's claims are not properly pursued under § 2241 and Petitioner has not met the requirements to proceed under the "savings clause." Therefore, this P etition for habeas relief shall be dismissed as frivolous and to the extent that the Petition can be construed as a § 2255 motion it shall be dismissed for this Court's lack of jurisdiction.
