ORDER denying 20 Motion to Reopen Case and for free copies of case law. Plaintiff has failed to offer any evidence or arguments that establish that this Court failed to make the correct legal finding in the Memorandum Opinion and Order 18 and Fin al Judgment 19 entered on September 14, 2012. Furthermore, Plaintiff has failed to meet the requisite legal standard for the Court to grant a motion pursuant to Rule 60(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Furthermore, Plaintiff's atte mpt to amend his complaint so that he can proceed with this civil action in the instant letter motion 20 is not well taken. The instant civil action remains closed and this Court is without jurisdictional bases to consider Plaintiff's request to amend his complaint. Plaintiff's requests for copies of case law and information concerning "the proper way to proceed with this case" are not well taken. Plaintiff is not entitled to free copies of case law and this Court is not in the position to give Plaintiff legal advice. Signed by Honorable David C. Bramlette, III on November 5, 2012. (lda)
