April 25, 2013 Filing 22 ORDER granting in part and denying in part Defendant Entergy Mississippi, Inc.'s 17 Motion to Conduct Remand Related Discovery and for Additional Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Motion to Remand. The Motion is granted as to extending the time for response to the Motion to Remand. Entergy is granted an additional 20 days from the entry of this Order to file said response. The Motion is denied in all other respects. Riverside's Motion to Limit 21 is granted in part and denied in part. Riverside is under no obligation to respond to Entergy's Remand Related Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admission; and, neither party shall propound any further written discovery or notice any depositions pending the Court's ruling on the Motion to Remand 6 .
