Payment of the $50.00 sanction is due immediately to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, c/o Clerk of Court, 501 E. Court St., suite 2.500, Jackson, MS 39201. Dearing is directed to submit a cover letter with his payment clearly stating that payment is for the sanction issued in civil action number 5:19-cv-132-DCB-MTP. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Dearing is WARNED that future attempts to circumvent the three-strikes bar with frivolous or repetitive allegations will lead to the imposition of sanctions, including but not limited to increased monetary fines or restrictions on his ability to file pro se actions in this Court.
