Filing 7 ORDER: ORDERED that the Respondents, through Honorable Lynn Fitch, Attorney General of the State of Mississippi, are required to file an answer or other responsive pleading in this cause within 20 days of the service upon the said Honorable Fitch of a copy of this order. Respondents shall file with an answer or other responsive pleading full and complete transcripts of all proceedings in the state court of Mississippi arising from Petitioners conviction and sentence he received on July 26, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Amite County, Mississippi. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall serve, by certified mail, a copy of the Petition #1 , a copy of the Order #3 entered on September 6, 2022, a copy of Petitioners Response #4 filed on September 15, 2022, and a copy of this Order upon Honorable Lynn Fitch, Attorney General of the State of Mississippi.
