( #55 in MDL No. 3099) ) Currently before the Panel is a motion for miscellaneous relief [Dkt. 55] that re quests that the litigation's caption be changed to "In re: Citrix Bleed Vulnerability and Comcast Breach Litigation." Moving plaintiff, in his reply, also suggests that an action (Kirkpatrick v. Citrix Systems, Inc., S.D. Florida, C.A. No. 0:23-cv-62375) in which the sole plaintiff, added via an amended complaint, is not a Comcast customer, be removed from his Schedule of Actions. On February 12, 2024, Kirkpatrick was dismissed, mooting this request. On February 8, 2024, the Panel Clerk solicited the parties' views on renaming the litigation caption to "In re: Citrix Bleed Vulnerability and Comcast Customer Data Security Breach Litigation." Plaintiff in the E.D. Pennsylvania Prescott action suggested renaming the litigation to the more general "In Re Comcast Breach Litigation," or alternatively "In Re Comcast Data Breach and Citrix Software Litigation." Moving defendant Comcast, along with Citrix, proposed in their response a further, more specific alternative: "In re: Comcast Customer Data Security Breach Litigation (NetScaler CVE-4966)." Defendant's motion [Dkt. 55] is granted in part and denied in part. To more adequately convey the substance of the litigation, the caption for MDL No. 3099 is hereby amended to: "In re: Comcast (NetScaler CVE-4966) Customer Data Security Breach Litigation."
