ORDER that Plaintiff shall not be required to pre-pay filing fee. This order does not extend to the issuance of subpoenas at government expense. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall issue summons to the named defendants, and deliver to the US Marshal for service. Plaintiff shall furnish to the US Marshal the required Forms USM-285 within 20 days. Plaintiff must file the Form USM-285 showing service has been accomplished within 20 days of receiving from the USM. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintif shall have until 1/3/11 to complete service.
