ORDER Granting in part and Denying in part 10 Motion to Dismiss. Fox's only remaining claims are (1) Title VII race discrimination against Sysco Las Vegas Inc., for discriminatory assignment to minority establishments and geographic areas, an d (2) unlawful employment practices under NRS 613.330 against Sysco Las Vegas, Inc., in the same basis.
