Clark County v. Computer Square Inc
In 2005 Clark County, Nevada â home to Las Vegas â approved a contract for the District Attorney's office to update its case management system.
Six (6) years after the original contract was signed, the County says that the system it paid for still isn't functional, so it sues the contractor.
