Simon et al v Amazon.com
Plaintiffs alleged that Defendant Amazon.com, Inc., d/b/a Zappos.com, failed to safeguard the confidential personal identifying information of their customers. As a result, the class was victimized by cybercriminals who obtained the class members' personal identifying information.
