ORDER DENYING as moot 1 Plaintiff's original Application to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff's amended application 3 is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days from the date this order is entered in which to have the des ignated fee of $67.87 sent to the clerk of the court. Clerk of Court shall send plaintiff two copies of this order. The clerk of the court shall send a copy of this order to the finance division of the clerks office and to the Chief of Inma te Services for the Nevada Department of Corrections. Clerk shall electronically serve a copy of this order, a copy 8 the court's screening order, and a copy of 7 Plaintiff's amended complaint on the Office of the Attorney General of th e State of Nevada, attention Kat Howe. Within 21 days of the date of entry of this order, the Attorney General's Office shall file a notice advising court and plaintiff of (a) the names of the defendants for whom it accepts service; (b) the nam es of the defendants for whom it does not accept service, and (c) the names of the defendants for whom it is filing last-known- address information under seal. If the Attorney General accepts service of process for any named defendant(s), such def endant(s) shall file and serve an answer or other response to the complaint within sixty (60) days from the date of this order.
