CONSENT JUDGMENT in favor of Plaintiff Shuffle Master, Inc. against Defendant Gapp Technology, Inc. and Tim Jensen. IT IS ORDERED that SMI's Trademarks and Copyrights are Valid and Enforceable. Jensen and Gapp are permanantly enjoined and restr ained from directly or indirectly infringing SMI's trademarks or copyrights. Claims asserted in SMI's Complaint against Jensen and Gapp are hereby DISMISSED with each party bearing its own costs, including attorney fees. Signed by Judge James C. Mahan on 08/09/2012.
