Plaintiff's claims for violations of 42 U.S.C. § 2000a and for declaratory relief arising from a 42 U.S.C. § 2000a violation are DISMIS SED without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action shall be REMANDED to the Eighth Judicial District Court, State of Nevada, Clark County for adjudication of Plaintiff's remaining state-law claims.
