ORDER Granting 1 Plaintiff's Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff shall not be required to pay an initial partial filing fee. However, even if this action is dismissed, the full filing fee must still be paid . The clerk shall send a copy of this order to the accounting supervisor of the Clark County Detention Center and shall file the complaint. This action is Dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. The clerk of the cour t shall enter judgment accordingly. FURTHER ORDERED that an appeal from the dismissal of this action would not be taken in good faith. Signed by Judge James C. Mahan on 10/11/2013.
