ORDER Granting 8 and 10 Plaintiffs' Applications to Proceed in forma pauperis. Clerk of Court shall send a copy of this order to the Finance Division of the Clerk's Office and to the attention of the Chief of Inmate Services for the Ne vada Department of Corrections. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall file the complaint and this action shall be DISMISSED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that 9 Plaintiff Downing's Motion for an Enlargement of Time is GRANTED nunc pro tunc. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that 2 , 3 , and 4 remaining motions are DENIED. THIS ORDER CERTIFIES to the Court of Appeals that an appeal would not be taken in good faith. Clerk of Court shall enter judgment accordingly, dismissing this action without prejudice.
