Plaintiff's Motion for Relief and Writ of Mandamus 46 is DENIED. If he does not do so within the time provided, this case will be dismissed with prejudice. FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff is warned, if he files an Amended Complaint in this case, to refrain from the unnecessary and repeated filing of similar motions.
