SCREENING ORDER that Plaintiff's 5 Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is Denied as moot. The Clerk of the Court shall file the 1 -1 Complaint. The Complaint is Dismissed in its entirety for failure to state a claim. The Complaint is Dismissed without prejudice in order to permit Plaintiff to seek the appropriate habeas corpus relief. Plaintiff's 6 Motion to Extend Prison Copywork Limit is Denied. Plaintiff may file a habeas corpus petition and an i nforma pauperis application in the new action but he may not file any further documents in this action. This court certifies that any in forma pauperis appeal from this order would be taken in good faith. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly. Signed by Judge James C.
