Filing 3 SCREENING ORDER. Plaintiff's 1 Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis without having to prepay the full filing fee is Granted. Plaintiff shall not be required to pay an initial installment fee. Nevertheless, the full fil ing fee shall still be due. Plaintiff's 2 Motion for Telephonic Hearing is Denied. The Clerk of the Court shall file the 1 -1 Complaint. The Complaint is Dismissed with prejudice in its entirety as malicious. This dismissal constitutes P laintiff's third strike under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g). This Court certifies that any in forma pauperis appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith.
