Plaintiff shall be required to pay an initial installment fee in the amount of $17.04 toward the full filing fee of $350. The Clerk shall send a copy of this Or der to the Finance Division of the Clerk's Office and to the attention of the inmate accounts department at Clark County Detention Center. Plaintiff's Complaint is DISMISSED with leave to amend. Plaintiff will have until July 6, 2016, to file an Amended Complaint, if he believes he can correct the noted deficiencies.
