Mr. Jackson shall have 30 days from the date of this order, or until 6/16/16, to file an amended complaint, if he believes he can correct the noted deficiencies.The Clerk of the Court SHALL MAIL Mr. Jackson one blank form complaint for review of social security decision along with the instructions for completing the form.
