Filing 7 ORDER that Plaintiff's request for a Temporary Restraining Order is GRANTED. Defendants shall cease all destruction of any evidence of or associated with social media accounts used by Defendant TANNER; specifically, TANNER's social medi a accounts using the name "@DixieRaeSparx", "#DixieRaeSparx", or "DixieRaeSparx" (the "Handle" or the "Twitter Account" when referencing the Handle on Twitter.com) and TANNER's blog posts o n a WordPress blog maintained by TANNER on www.DixieRaeSparx.com (the "Blog"). Defendants and all persons or entities in active concert, participation, or privity with any of them TANNER, shall immediately cease all destruction of any e vidence of or associated with any social media accounts used by Defendant TANNER.Defendant TANNER shall sign into and reactivate her Twitter Account and the Blog immediately, but no later than 11:59 PM ET, on July 18, 2016, to ensu re the evidence of conduct previously posted on the same is not deleted per any deactivation or destruction policy. Defendant TANNER will reactivate and take all measures to reactivate and preserve for discovery all data previously posted on the w ebpage DixieRaeSparx.com, including hard-drive and archived copies immediately, but no later than 11:59 PM ET, on July 18, 2016.Plaintiff shall post a nominal bond of one hundred dollars ($100) because the evidence indicates th at Defendant will suffer only minimal, if any, damage by the issuance of this temporary restraining order.The Court hereby sets the hearing for Plaintiff's Emergency Ex Parte Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction for 7/28/2016 at 11:00 AM in LV Courtroom 6A before Judge James C.
