SCREENING ORDER on Amended Complaint. Plaintiff's 8 Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is Denied as moot. The 9 Motion for Inquiry is Denied as moot. Plaintiff's 10 Motion/Application for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis without having to prepay the full filing fee is Granted. Plaintiff shall not be required to pay an initial installment fee. Nevertheless, the full filing fee shall still be due pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. The 5 Motio n to Amend Complaint is Granted. The Clerk of the Court shall file the 5 -1 Amended Complaint. FURTHER ORDERED that the Amended Complaint is dismissed in its entirety with prejudice and without leave to amend. Plaintiff's 11 Motion to App oint Counsel is Denied.This Court certifies that any in forma pauperis appeal from this order would not be taken "in good faith" pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3).
